Being a full time artist— even a poor one— would surely turn this around. All I’d have to do is work hard and start to get noticed, after which it would be me who’d have to hide from so many attractive women. What I didn’t realize was the supremacy of personality traits— optimism, empathy, humor— over career. Even charismatic criminals do well with women.
